I upgraded the review to a five star, due to the fact that management listened and cares about their clientele. They upgraded the faucets in the restrooms to ones with sensors. The staff is great management is great, and so are the instructors. Thank you Chuze Fontana! To quote the classic Dumb and Dumber, "Just when I think you couldn't possibly be any dumber, you go and do something like this... and TOTALLY REDEEM YOURSELF!" Okay not calling you all dumb, but you did redeem yourself LOL!

So far I really like it! It's clean and the staff is friendly! Pros: -team training classes- I've only worked with Kyle but he's great. -lots of equipment -independent saunas -tanning and hydromassage -pool/spa -points system for earning stuff *Only reason for not getting 5 stars* Cons: -they don't offer very many team training classes it's very limited in the evenings. (They book hella fast) please bring more team training days and options- weekends would be awesome! -The circuit training machines are always being used... read more

I love it here! Staff is super sweet and helpful! I love how they have sanitary stations all around and people walking around cleaning also. The only thing that has me a bit upset is I paid for the top membership to use the infrared saunas. I notice everyone is able to go into use these. The machine that's supposed to check membership isn't working. When on the website it states to be for only the members paying more. So the wait time to get in is longer!

2 minutes away from our house, everyone is so friendly in this location, my husband and I enjoy coming here, so clean and very welcoming, Xanny is my favorite Zumba instructor, they are all good I'm sure but she's the best!!Thank you for coming to Fontana, wishing you guys all the best.

Everything is new which is of course a huge plus, but the true benefit is the size. It's very big and bright, a lot of natural sunlight which makes for a great atmosphere. So far even during a rush you never feel like you're too cramped, there's always something to do, and space to work out at. A negative I would say is the cleaning stations. They're these wipes with very little moisture I end up using two or three to leave the machines clean in my head haha. A very good gym, that I see only getting better with time.

I really like Chuze! There's plenty of different equipment, the staff is really friendly, there are plenty of sanitizing wipes, and from what I've seen, most people are utilizing them. Keep in mind there are a lot of gym goers in the morning. Like the previous reviewer said, I wish the bathrooms had motion sensored water faucets and soap dispensers. I'm also hoping sometime in the near future, they start doing 24hr!

Chuze fitness I've had an uncomfortable experience with one of the front desk employees at Choose Fitness Fontana. She works Sundays, usually around the afternoon/evening hours. Every time I've encountered her, she comes across as very rude and unwelcoming. For example, when I said "hi," she simply said "hi" back without even looking at me. "Disastrous customer service! An employee named Ch×× is incredibly rude and disrespectful to members, walking around acting like they own the gym. Management desperately needs to train their staff on basic manners. Definitely the worst place to spend your money and time."
