Deceptive cancellation policies, forced auto renewal. I was charged for the next billing cycle on my membership even though I had canceled it a week prior, because "it had been said' it had to be 10 days before. Even after explaining I needed to move due to a urgent work situation and would have no way to use the membership they simply explained how that was not their problem. Its written in the contract that they charge a $20 service fee to collect a payment when said payment is declined. As a customer who has paid his monthly dues on time, this is very discouraging. When I called the club and spoke with a supervisor and asked if I could modify my payment date. I was informed that the only way it is possible is if I cancel my membership and sign up again. Their air conditioning has been broke for months. Its July in *******, it has to be at least 80 degrees in the gym and its aweful. I was told management and the CEO is aware and has been aware and there is no date known for repair.

I was advised I was walking too loud on the stair master while doing 20. At the time I was recovering from a broken leg. Shortly after I was told that I was no longer welcomed back. *********** ******* my husband told me they said I was sexually assaulting people there. This is inaccurate information. I have been a member before Chuze took over, however this management is awful. I resigned backup thinking things had gotten better. Its worse! I signed backup in January of this year and there has been a huge hole in the ceiling since I resigned and the ladies bathroom 2 stalls have been roped off since I resigned. The turf is a Trip hazard and the A/C doesnt work. Chuze is charging each member $59 annually for upkeep of the facility building and equipment. Worst members. Its all babys first gym. All on their phones while hogging equipment. Theres only one flat barbell bench press. People constantly using the step up boxes as their personal locker room for their belongings. Maybe have the employ get out there instead of having 6 employees behind the desk just bullshitting
