Gym Equipment is all new and spacious Staff/management & shake bar ( do not order anything from the shake bar) Things I believe they need to work on *no sense of urgency they will take there time in making your drink as they make conversation with other team members and gym members * ask for refund? Good-luck they need management approval ( so only when a manager is there ( based on there hours of availability) Company needs to find a way for regular team members to authorize refunds for shakes or purchase of goods. I really like this gym, friendly staff and great equipment! I think the biggest dealbreaker for a lot of people will be their "No bags on the gym floor" policy (duffels, backpacks). I feel like an exception should be made for certain bags like the string, athletic bag or something. Also, some people who go to this gym really lack gym etiquette. They won't wipe down anything, un/re-rack their weights. They're already causing pieces of the cable machines to go missing, breaking them, or they'll just kick shit around instead of... read more

Employees walking around bothering folks because of bags (satchel bag). Folks come to the gym to escape the outside, it's a stress reliever for some but i guess...
