I just had the best phone customer service experience with the Westminster Colorado Chuze location. I had some issues rejoining and Trevor helped me with everything on the phone. He was so friendly and helpful with my long list of questions! He was very knowledgeable about the gym and the memberships. He answered all my questions with no issue and even made me feel less stressed about the situation. Thanks again Trevor. Looking forward to my next work out soon! :)

I haven't gone in to try the facilities yet. That will be tomorrow. So far minus one star because their website registration doesn't work.

Out with the old, in with he new! Chuze recently got rid of team training classes (which some of us weren't too happy about) but added Team training Lift Lab, and I must say.. BRAVO! It is an excellent class. If you enjoyed Team Training, you will definitely love Lift Lab. Chuze continues to deliver!! From friendly staff, clean facilities and fun group classes, they have it all! I also love their sauna, massage beds and chairs! Thanks for being awesome!

I really liked this gym. I was able to use it while visiting the area. It has everything that one could need in a gym. It was clean and bright. There were wipes available to clean off equipment and I was happy to see that people actually use them. All of the equipment was in place, in working order and organized. There was something for everyone regardless of fitness level. I don't live here, but if I did, for all that's offered at the low price of membership, I would definitely be a member here.

In town for a week for a softball tournament and did the 7 day Free Trial...they we're accommodating and helpful! There is a TON of equipment and the environment was so inviting! Go here!!!

This is a very nice gym that is kept very clean and professional. The staff are very helpful and the sauna is really hot and works really well. I really like to go to a place with a great sauna and this place definitely has one !!! Thanks for being here - I am very happy to be a customer

I have been a member for about 8 years and enjoy the cleaniness of the equipment and the friendliness of the staff. Since Covid I have been to the gym infrequently. I want to return to my regular 3-day a week routine, but despite a mask mandate in Jefferson County, Colorado, about 30% of gym members are not wearing masks. The staff is unable to enforce it. I suggest freezing the memberships of those who refuse to wear masks. I go to the gym to improve my health, not to risk my life.

Chuze has a wonderful atmosphere where it is very comfortable to work out and enjoy a few hours out of your day. The staff are extremely friendly and keep the place very well maintained and clean. Payton, Brigid Emily, and Ashley specifically were all extremely kind and pleasant to interact with.
