I really enjoy this place! The equipment is top notch and well taken care of. The staff is wonderful and really seem to care, if you have a problem or questions, they don't hesitate to help. My daughter enjoys the classes, she just wishes there were more. Compared to other local gyms, this place is a great value and makes you want to go get yourself in shape.

Impressive! I was super happy to see the old Better Bodies convert to a beautiful gym! It's clean, and has a variety of classes to choose from. I refer friends here all the time.

I LOVE THIS GYM! 1. Staff is incredibly nice. Shout out to Bri who is always kind, helpful, and inspiring. 2. CLEAN! The staff is constantly walking around cleaning and gym-goers are really respectful of others, wiping down equipment. 3. Team Training - These are classes similar to Orange Theory. I love coming here. The staff is always smiling and friendly, and the facility is spotless. The amenities you get for the money are also great. I highly recommend it!

Love this gym, best bang for your buck you will find in the industry. Team training classes are phenomenal!

I'm not necessarily a fan of gyms, but I hate being cold and really like having a nice little shelf to put my water on when I run, so all winter I suck it up and drag myself inside for a workout. I've belonged to tons of gyms through the years and I even worked for one of the national chains a while back. With that being said, so far this is my favorite gym. I am actually so impressed with this gym. There are so many amenities, the staff is great, and the pricing is completely reasonable with no over the top fees or hidden jargon in their agreement. Let's start off with the facility itself. Don't be fooled by the outside of this building, it looks like your average strip mall gym, but the inside is HUGE and absolutely gorgeous. In my 60 years, I have never been in a gym as great as this one. I joined two months ago and have gotten two friends to join now too. Now, where to start?... Immaculate. Cleanest gym I have ever been to-- there is always someone around dusting, sweeping, wiping down, sprucing up the bathrooms, etc. Really friendly staff-- and you sense it is geniune.
