Moved here from Lifetime fitness. We were just sick of paying a lot of money only to have trainers hound you and loud group classes on the actual workout floor. This gym is reasonable, everything we need and clean! Tony helped us with our membership and he was amazing. just so friendly. This gym has no trainers and no pressure. Just a gym with tanning, massage, and nice locker rooms. I don't have any kids, so I'm not sure about the kids care. The night crew are amazing! Noah and Sean know us by name and are always extremely friendly and personable. The gym is very clean and very nice, equipment is in great condition and the hydro massages are super nice after a workout. My only complaint is that it's not open 24 hours 7 days a week instead of just Tues-Thurs so I could come more!

This is a great gym with very friendly service. It has everything my wife and I need to get a great workout in! The only reason this gym got a negative review was because a member didn't have the middle membership. For $20ish a month you can get access to any Chuze gym. If you only want to go to a single gym, you can get their $10ish per month plan.

I've been to several gyms and Chuze Englewood is by far the cleanest and friendliest. On top of that, there's a movie theater room so you can do your cardio while watching a different movie every day. This place is awesome, and the person who rated them one star was being completely unfair. Definitely try the 7 day trial if you're thinking about it!

I am a huge fan of this gym and the Chuze brand generally. The staff is always super pleasant and non-obtrusive. The facility is spotless and has everything I need. It would be awesome if other tenants built out the space next door so it didn't feel quite so sketchy in the parking lot at 4:00 a.m.

I had a deeply disappointing experience at this gym. While working out, I was subjected to harassment from a group of people. When I reported this to the manager, she took their side and proceeded to kick me out instead of supporting me. This was incredibly unfair and hurtful. I hope others feel heard, and I would not recommend this gym based on my experience.

I have been a long-time member of Chuze Fitness, which is why this recent experience has been so disappointing. A situation arose in which a group of individuals made complaints about me that I strongly believe were influenced by racial bias. What troubled me most was not simply the complaint itself, but how management handled it. The manager appeared to accept the other party's claims without first seeking my perspective or conducting a neutral review. Dont give them your bank info. They do not honor cancelations so ending billing is a true nightmare, today they want $150 of fees from my workout last year, that was cancelled in person with the sales agent at the end of the trip.

This used to be my favorite location, but unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill. The pool is not clean, and today I drove out of my way specifically to visit this gym and get a shake only to be told the system was down and they wouldn't honor it. As a business owner myself, I would've found a solution for a loyal customer who has supported the gym for six years. Instead, I was turned away with no resolution or empathy.
