Gym is clean, equipment is new, management severely lacking in actual customer service skills. Management completely mishandled a billing error on their end and would not accept responsibility. Twice.

Hi! I believe Chuze has a great new gym concept,excellent subscription prizes, cleanness and choices. I don't mark five stars because there is definitely something out of control with the pool water. It looks transparent and temperature is fine, but it terribly tastes to chemicals. My lips, tongue and inside of the mouth remain affected for many hours after. I couldn't even eat. My skin itches. It's so desagradable. I have reported it twice. They need to take care of this permanently and not just for the day or the moment.... read more
