Cindy and Kelly down in Redding California were Extremely helpful in every aspect of My Home purchase. They were always prompt in responding to my questions. They were even quick to answer my Questions on the Weekends. They have still been very helpful after my purchase.

I cannot stress enough how great Cindy was. As first time home buyers she made the process so easy and she was super helpful with any questions we had. Not to mention when my real estate agent and the sellers real estate agent found out I was working with her, they were both ecstatic. There is a reason she has an amazing reputation and I would never work with anyone else. If any of my friends or family needed to buy a house I wouldn’t even allow them to contact anyone else because she will fit everyone’s needs perfectly.

Cindy and her team are awesome to work with and true experts of their field. As a first time home purchaser, Cindy made me feel very comfortable and informed and made the entire process easy to understand. She and her team went out of their way to make sure I received the best options available. She went above and beyond to get us pre-qualified on a holiday weekend, and then she worked very hard to get us fully qualified and all the documents in order when we made an offer on a home. Even when COVID has been at its peak, Cindy kept in constant communication with my wife and I as we prepared to buy a house. It was a stressful unknown time, and she was there to answer questions, make sure we had all information in for underwriting, and helped us work through all the details of closing on the loan.
