Great. My VA Refi although in normal times should have been simple, the system made it so very draw out. Kelly and Cindy went above and beyond to keep working and working on this loan that I was amazed at how much they did to finally close. During a very crazy time with COVID, the housing market being so busy Cindy was outstanding in her dedication to get everything we needed in a very timely manner. She is the best. We love our house and don't anticipate another purchase but if we do we will use Cindy.

With the pandemic going on I was worried about keeping in touch and about losing that personal feeling, but we remained in contact via phone calls and e-mails every step of the way.
