Stayed on top of the details. Had a slight mis-communication on term of loan but was corrected quickly which resulted in a positive on- time close. We are self employed so loans can be tricky but this was one of the easiest loans we have ever done. I had a few computer glitches so in person delivery of documents was accommodated and appreciated. I would work with Cindy again and recommend US Lending to anyone looking for a real estate loan.

This is the second time we have worked with Cindy on a loan for a new home. She managed to find a stellar rate on a 15 yr fixed rate mortgage and worked magic to get it funded in 30 days. She communicated throughout the process and was able to manage the process in a tight timeline with Covid and the crazy amount of loans occurring during the time. She is responsive to emails, phone calls, and keeps you informed throughout the loan process. We would not hesitate to work with Cindy again, and highly recommend her!

Great. My VA Refi although in normal times should have been simple, the system made it so very draw out. Kelly and Cindy went above and beyond to keep working and working on this loan that I was amazed at how much they did to finally close. I would highly recommend they to anyone who is shopping for a loan or refi. Great job.

During a very crazy time with COVID, the housing market being so busy Cindy was outstanding in her dedication to get everything we needed in a very timely manner. She is the best. We love our house and don't anticipate another purchase but if we do we will use Cindy.
