Cindy was INCREDIBLY helpful and so easy to work with. She went above and beyond to get us pre-qualified on a holiday weekend, and then she worked very hard to get us fully qualified and all the documents in order when we made an offer on a home. Even when COVID has been at its peak, Cindy kept in constant communication with my wife and I as we prepared to buy a house. It was a stressful unknown time, and she was there to answer questions, make sure we had all information in for underwriting, and helped us work through all the details of closing on the loan. Stayed on top of the details. Had a slight mis-communication on term of loan but was corrected quickly which resulted in a positive on- time close. We are self employed so loans can be tricky but this was one of the easiest loans we have ever done. I had a few computer glitches so in person delivery of documents was accommodated and appreciated. I would work with Cindy again and recommend US Lending to anyone looking for a real estate loan.

This is the second time we have worked with Cindy on a loan for a new home. She managed to find a stellar rate on a 15 yr fixed rate mortgage and worked magic to get it funded in 30 days. She communicated throughout the process and was able to manage the process in a tight timeline with Covid and the crazy amount of loans occurring during the time. She is responsive to emails, phone calls, and keeps you informed throughout the loan process. We would not hesitate to work with Cindy again, and highly recommend her!
