Loved the narrator, learned cool things I didn't know about the landmarks. Wish there where more snacks available for purchase, took last cruise so don't think they restocked. Kids enjoyed it too

Despite being there early and making sure we had tickets before hand etc. we were still trampled on by tourists who blocked our view and spoke over the narrated tour. It's a nice things to do with kids, not for locals or just adults. STILL a very nice tour! Just not what we anticipated.

Great boat ride in NYC, even though I was raised in New York I learned a lot of new things. The tour guide was very informative.
It was really really fun
The confusion and chaos at the ticket lines and the queue line needs to be fixed. You must get in line to redeem Groupon and than in the queue for your cruise. Expect an hour of waiting. The are a lot of confused people jocking for line position. The front of the line gets the best seats on top of boat. The cruise itself was great!
