Great boat ride in NYC, even though I was raised in New York I learned a lot of new things. The tour guide was very informative.
It was really really fun
The confusion and chaos at the ticket lines and the queue line needs to be fixed. You must get in line to redeem Groupon and than in the queue for your cruise. Expect an hour of waiting. The are a lot of confused people jocking for line position. The front of the line gets the best seats on top of boat. The cruise itself was great!
It was a wonderful experience staff was very friendly and entertaining
Awesome fun!! Who wants to spend the day in long lines/hot/sweaty ??? No one !! Do these and you'll get perfect pics, fast and fun with the boys (9&14).
My son was sick and i couldn’t make it lost out on the experience and money because you do not get refunded, they also charge more on Groupon then the actual Site
I had tries to resch6or refund both could not be done
It was not beast it was group on service
Cruise is not longer available, I have to wait 4 the manager to change to another cruise
