On a trip there’s always unforeseen things coming up. We got sick w food poisoning and couldn’t use the tickets at all. I called circle line but got no answer I tried to contact group on but didn’t find a way to cancel to at least keep the fee as credit to use elsewhere or other times.
Could not hear the announcer seated on the upper outside deck rear. Snacks were reasonable by NYC standards, but several items were unavailable.
Overcrowded, bar/food was sold out of a lot of offerings. Everyone was instructed to arrive at least 45 mins ahead to allow for an on-time departure, yet we were still sitting there at 7:10 waiting for people, so we left. Can’t imagine two hours on that thing.
My son was sick and i couldn’t make it lost out on the experience and money because you do not get refunded, they also charge more on Groupon then the actual Site
I had tries to resch6or refund both could not be done
