It was very difficult to hear and understand the tour director. We were seated inside on the main deck.
The actual cruise on a wonderful day was great (except that the speaker wasn't load enough for us to hear the guide). My issues revolve around the process of getting tickets and on board the boat. In today's age, it is crazy that I need to wait about +1/2 hours on line to get find out that the trip I want is sold out. Could they at least get a grease board to post sold out cruises? We had to book for the next day which wasn't very efficient with the Groupon deal....lots of writing of numbers and walking around the office bef... read more
Our tour guide was excellent
Got the tickets, they told us 1245 boarding north deck... line up at 1250 come on board and the boat is half full already. Absolutely ridiculous and disappointing. Where did these people come from, I was about 30th in line to board.

Was absolutely an amazing experience, would define tell do it again.
1 of us was late.. ( if the 12) they didnot let us take he next one..
We arrived with our vouchers just moments before the boat was scheduled to leave and they were patient, helpful and kind toward me and my elderly parents.
Not an experience I recommend for anyone with any sensory processing challenges. Poor crowd management (people on top of you, disorganized) and tour guide shouted into the microphone which was broadcast everywhere on the ship far too loudly for the entire 90 minutes. I left with massive migraine. Kids also wished he would just stop shouting for one minute. Egomaniac w a microphone.
