great and easy. help made it easy to get dirrections pillow not great but i am use to my my gradma pillow. all easy and great!!

Good The interior stairs near the parking garage elevators leading to the check-in area and to the sky tower are terrible. They need ramps. I have a bad knee, and the stairs were tough. We had to pick our luggage up and carry up a steep flight of stairs when coming and going. Also, the only interaction we had with staff was with the person in the kiosk area, where we checked ourselves in. The room was clean and spacious and had a great view of the area.

Not great but we had a place to sleep near the festival venue. It was difficult to find the room. There was not clear signage for the towers, nor did the staff know where we needed to go and we were given wrong directions. We had a bed to sleep in close to the festival venue

Exceptional The circus act Your small "circus" performance is a joke. Not even worth doing. I miss the old times when it was some true performers.
