Pleasant The air conditioner rattled all night long and the automotive shop 5 floors down had something going on all night and it was so noisy It was really a nice room

Good comfortable hotel, check in time was terrible Waited 5hrs in check-in queue. Burning Man is happening every year with an influx of guests during those weekends. It’s absolutely ridiculous to have only 2 people on staff for check-in when they are 10 available counters. Not blaming the reception staff which was amazing and did their best to get us all checked in as quickly as humanly possible! Had a great time Check in was very far away from room. Drink machine on floor had not been stocked. Bed a little firm Easy access from parking to room. Very nice. Room clean.
