So far we LOVE this place. My baby dog is 7yrs old, a (little!) spoiled and has never been to daycare. I interviewed 3 doggie daycares to find him a good spot; the 1st daycare was a 'heck no' for my dog, the next one was a 'meh', but as soon as we walked into City Bark I had a feeling of relief that I felt totally comfortable leaving my boy there. I have two mini schnauzers that have been boarded here, and that have joined in on doggy daycare as well. They seem to really care about the dogs, and after having seen my dogs be hesitant about going to other boarding/daycare venues, it's relieving to see my dogs be so excited to come here. I also have my 2 dogs groomed here. Jen is GREAT! She remembers the dogs, and tells me if there are any problems. I love having daycare, boarding, and grooming all available at one place.
This place is absolutely wonderful. My Fiance and I have a very energetic 4 year old German Shepard mix, we used to take her twice a week because we were living in Westminster and working in Englewood, we have moved recently and only bring her in once every two weeks now. We still feel so welcomed and everyone knows our dog by name. We watch our dog on occasion on the live feed camera that they have set up and I always see the workers petting and loving on our dog. Such a great place with a caring staff. My dog always had a fun time! Groomer was great too! Unfortunately, I had to quit bringing my dog here after his cancer diagnosis but I highly recommend this place!
I took my large breed dog for 2 days of doggie day care and was very pleased. I had to come in for a brief assessment before he could be dropped off and that process was very quick and easy. The drop-offs and pick up were quick and easy too. The staff were very friendly - we were greeted warmly, they knew his name already even though we were just there for a couple of days. The doggie cam was an added bonus. It was nice to actually see what he was up to while there.
As the father of two awesome boys, Titan and Tucker, it takes a lot for me to be comfortable with where we take them and I can think of no better place then here.
We bring our dog here any time we go out of town. He loves it as much as we do! The staff is always friendly and they know our dog by name. Our dog has a special diet and they have never strayed from it. City Bark is wonderful...and we'll be bringing our dogs here for a long time!
We really like the location of this since its so close to home. We don't board except for vacations or weekend getaways which amounts to 3-4 times a year. The people and facility are nice but there's two issues I have a problem with. You have to fill out paperwork every time. What a drag, I mean really, put me in the system and save it. We love City bark. We have been taking our Aussie's there for several years and it has been a great experience. It is very well run and organized so it's easy to drop off and pick up. The staff is very knowledgeable seem to really care about the dogs. They have lots of separate rooms and an outdoor area with a swimming pool and each dog gets some personal attention and play time.
