RecommendedI had to bring my rabbit Katie. She had to be euthanized. The staff couldn't have been nicer!! From the receptionist to the vet tech and everyone in between. The vet was extremely informative and caring towards both Katie and myself. They never rushed me. I was allowed as much time as I needed to say goodbye to my beloved pet and for that I am very grateful.

I can not tell you how impressed I was with City Creatures today. Our 11 year old rabbit wasn't moving his legs today. We felt we needed to put him down because he was obviously in pain. The compassion we were showed from the initial call to walking out of the Hospital was absolutely amazing. Every person was so very kind and they thought of everything to make a very difficult situation somewhat easier. Thank you to the entire staff..
