Dr. Ropke is the best! The entire staff is caring and compassionate. They always outline your care options and I've never felt pressured into a decision I wasn't ready to make. Thank you for taking care of Jack!
This place and the people here are amazing. They NEVER up sell anything to us. They truly want what’s best for your pet and you. The staff are all very nice and always have a smile on their face. We lost our dog Bruce about 6 months ago and they were there for us every step of the way up to and after him going to the giant dog park in the sky. Not to mention the surprise we got from them in the mail to show their condolences. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
I have nothing but amazing things to say about this office. I rescued a ball python and a fancy rat and they both needed a vet . Luckily ive heard amazing things from a vast amount of friends whove recommended this vet office. My first appointments for both the babies went super smooth. The dr was super informative and answered any and all questions we had for her. If you are thinking about setting up an appointment. I would highly recommend it..
City creatures has a great staff and welcoming atmosphere! I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for an experienced and friendly vet. Dr Ropke put my worries at ease with my poor Callahan’s bad reaction to sutures due to sensitive skin. He’s doing great and I have peace of mind because her professionalism, knowledge, and kindness towards us. Thank you Dr Ropke and all the staff at City Creatures! Callahan’s smile says it all!

Had an excellent experience coming to city creatures. Great staff and a great environment to bring your animal. Highly recommend bringing your pets here for the best care in the City.
They are the best! Take such good care of all of my pets, and make sure I am well informed and comfortable with everything they do along the way. The staff is amazing.
