RecommendedThey were so great to my guinea pigs this morning! My piggies were so comfortable with the vets there and they even got specially made bandanas ❤️ I will definitely be recommending them to anyone with animals in buffalo and using them for any future vet visits ! Also, the vets are super personable and informative!❤️❤️
Fenway has been getting the best care here. I can not say enough good things about the entire staff. They have called to see how he was doing, given great advice and care. The entire staff is friendly and they are very attentive.
RecommendedFirst they take all sorts of animals, including my sons snake, our cat and my father in laws dog. The staff and veterinarians are top of the line. They understand budgets and work with you as much as possible. They take CareCredit, a great thing to have with animals. I recommend it to anyone who may have doubts or pets the average veterinarian don't take care of.

RecommendedI have been bringing my 3 fur babies here for several years. Unfortunately I had to say goodbye to my one kitty, Belle, a couple weeks ago. I want to thank Dr Ropke and the wonderful staff for their kindness and compassion during that difficult time. I was able to be with my baby during the peaceful process. RecommendedWe have been taking our mastiff and papillon to City Creatures for several years. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We wouldn't take our dogs anywhere else.

We’ve been going here since we moved to Buffalo 6 years ago. The compassion shown when we had to humanely euthanize 2 of our dogs over the past 2 years was incredible. We were allowed to stay with them throughout the whole thing and we were given as much time as we needed. This place is full of compassionate and empathetic staff and we still go there even though we moved 20 minutes south of the city. �
