I recently moved in a few weeks ago and there were a few things around the apartment that needed to be fixed. The maintenance crew is great and were here fixing everything within 2 days of the request! They were very friendly and the leasing office staff is helpful as well.

I have lived her for 5 years! They really try to maintain the property and it always looks pristine. The maintenance staff are course and timely. The office staff, love Wendy she is always so responsive. A great place to live for apt living!

We have been living in Clairmont Apartments for almost three years. We are very impressed with the profesionalism of the management and the staff, specially the staff for repairing support. A true five star first class apartment.

I have been living here for about 9 months now. I love the property and the price that I pay. I like that it is not in the hustle of bustle of things so it is not noisy at all around here. My biggest gripe would be the parking, it is first come first serve. Sometimes when I come home later there is only 1 spot available in front my building (and its not really in front its off to the side almost into the next set of parking) - and I am actually supposed to have 2 cars for my place but luckily only have 1. I work hard everyday and don't feel like stressing about if I have a park in front of my building when I come home a little later in the evening. There are tenants who have 2 cars and both cars are parked right in the front of the building, courtesy would be to park one of your vehicles not right in front of the building. There are 12 apartments in each building and about 16 spots right in front of the building - why cant 12 parking spots be designated parking spots for each apartment and the rest be "up for grabs". This is my only gripe about the complex. I do love living here, the staff is wonderful and the maintenance crew is on top of things.

Actually I have lived here since April of 2010 and yes there ARE a lot of bugs in this area...but you are in the middle of the woods! I get the office to spray once a month, and they take care of it. Outside of that, every maintenance issue I have had, has been dealt with immediately-window problems (leaking-recurrent, but addressed same day and within the hour), refrigerator issues (fixed), microwave blowout (replaced), hornet nest (removed within the hour), air conditioning break (within the hour), toilet issues (fixed same day). I have lived in many apartments (most in Newport news-blek) and have NEVER had such good maintenance. I love the complex because it's quiet and noone bothers me. My neighbors are friendly. I am a single mom with a small child, and I feel safe to walk around at night (early evening) with him. Overall, it's been a great experience in a clean and well kept neighborhood. Bug issue is easily resolved. In my second year.
