My husband and I have been residents at Clairmont for 7 years. It is a beautiful community. The landscape and maintenance is outstanding; and the office administrators are professionals and ready to entertain any concerns you may have. The maintenance crew are knowledgeable and quick to respond. We truly feel at home; and Clairmont cares! Throughout the year, they have ice cream days, pizza parties, and more. We love living here. I recently moved in a few weeks ago and there were a few things around the apartment that needed to be fixed. The maintenance crew is great and were here fixing everything within 2 days of the request! They were very friendly and the leasing office staff is helpful as well.

I have lived her for 5 years! They really try to maintain the property and it always looks pristine. The maintenance staff are course and timely. The office staff, love Wendy she is always so responsive. A great place to live for apt living!

I have been living here for about 9 months now. I love the property and the price that I pay. I like that it is not in the hustle of bustle of things so it is not noisy at all around here. My biggest gripe would be the parking, it is first come first serve. Sometimes when I come home later there is only 1 spot available in front my building (and its not really in front its off to the side almost into the next set of parking) - and I am actually supposed to have 2 cars for my place but luckily only have 1.
