Clairmont Apartments
On Sunday morning I found water spurring out of the hot water connecting hose. I turned the input to the water heater and called for service. They called back and we agreed to wait until Monday to repair it. Monday morning they came in and replaced the hose and cleaned up the excess water. I am pleased with the quality and efficiency of the service. Posey Snead

My husband and I have been residents at Clairmont for 7 years. It is a beautiful community. The landscape and maintenance is outstanding; and the office administrators are professionals and ready to entertain any concerns you may have. The maintenance crew are knowledgeable and quick to respond. We truly feel at home; and Clairmont cares! Throughout the year, they have ice cream days, pizza parties, and more. We love living here. I recently moved in a few weeks ago and there were a few things around the apartment that needed to be fixed. The maintenance crew is great and were here fixing everything within 2 days of the request! They were very friendly and the leasing office staff is helpful as well.

I have lived her for 5 years! They really try to maintain the property and it always looks pristine. The maintenance staff are course and timely. The office staff, love Wendy she is always so responsive. A great place to live for apt living!
