There are “water bugs” in my apartment, and I’ve also seen some outside. It’s quite terrifying. We’ve been here for a couple of weeks and I’ve seen more than enough inside already. The entire property should be regularly treated for bugs. The apartment is nice and the office staff members are friendly thus far. Everything went smooth and fast with my move in. Things that aren’t bad but I wish I could change: how low the toilets are and how loud the a/c unit is when the air comes on.

Jennifer and Megan welcomed me warmly. They had all the paperwork and keys ready for me when I arrived at their office. They were knowledgeable when I had some questions, and patient & helpful when I was having a difficulty logging into my account on the computer. The apartment was beautifully prepared for my arrival; it was clean, freshly painted, it looks like the front door was also freshly painted, and someone had neatly vacuumed the bedroom carpet, backing out of the room so as to leave no footprints behind! Chris is an absolute hard worker. He came to the rescue at midnight when my A/C wasn’t working on a weekend. Saved me and my family from the hot and humid weather!
