There was a major water leak in the apartment. Less than 10 minutes of making the call, Dave and his assistant came over to fix the problem. Great service

In 2/19 we downsized and selected an apartment scheduled to be finished in June. The apartments and grounds are well kept Recent power wash of breezeways and sidewalks is one example. Dave and Alex have performed all our service and maintenance requests timely with high quality work. Jennifer and Trina have welcomed us by introducing us to clubhouse entertainment, fitness centers, and social events. Every time that I have had a problem, the repairs have been attended to very promptly, especially when the AC failed to operate properly. Very grateful. The entire staff and maintenance personnel are very kind and compassionate. Thank you.
