This is the first time in three years that we didn't consider moving. Jennifer and her team are AMAZING! They are always helpful and listen to any concerns brought to their attention. Dave and Alex are always professional and quick to respond. This is by far the best place we have lived in a long time.
I don’t ever leave reviews!!! 🤦🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️However , I made a way... bc the staff is absolutely amazing!!! My apartment is absolutely gorgeous!!! I recently transferred to a 2 bedroom/ 2bath & 100% of the staff made my transition the smoothest ever!!! I love everything!!! 😍
The response by the Maintenance Team member to replace the front door lock was very timely. When Alex arrived, he was professional and also very assuring that the replacement could be performed that day. He did an excellent job. Thanks.
The washing machine was not working, I made a call at lunch time while I was at work and everything was working by the time I got home. Thank you so much for the quick response, I really do appreciate it.
There was a major water leak in the apartment. Less than 10 minutes of making the call, Dave and his assistant came over to fix the problem. Great service

In 2/19 we downsized and selected an apartment scheduled to be finished in June. The apartments and grounds are well kept Recent power wash of breezeways and sidewalks is one example. Dave and Alex have performed all our service and maintenance requests timely with high quality work. Jennifer and Trina have welcomed us by introducing us to clubhouse entertainment, fitness centers, and social events.
