I don’t ever leave reviews!!! 🤦🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️However , I made a way... bc the staff is absolutely amazing!!! My apartment is absolutely gorgeous!!! I recently transferred to a 2 bedroom/ 2bath & 100% of the staff made my transition the smoothest ever!!! I love everything!!! 😍

There was a major water leak in the apartment. Less than 10 minutes of making the call, Dave and his assistant came over to fix the problem. Great service

Requested a repair and Dave & Alex came the same day to fix the problem. Love the staff and maintenance team here at Clairmont at Harbour View Station! They are always so nice and make sure that you are happy!

In 2/19 we downsized and selected an apartment scheduled to be finished in June. The apartments and grounds are well kept Recent power wash of breezeways and sidewalks is one example. Dave and Alex have performed all our service and maintenance requests timely with high quality work. Jennifer and Trina have welcomed us by introducing us to clubhouse entertainment, fitness centers, and social events.
