Fast and friendly! Ice maker was not producing ice, tech performed a check up on it, got it back on track within minutes and producing ice again. Less than 20 minutes from time request was placed and ice maker was working again.

I loved it here it WAS ABSOLUTELY beautiful when I moved in a couple of years ago. Although you can’t discriminate, the tenants they allowing to move in now has caused dissatisfaction for me and has made me uncomfortable so I am moving.

Currently an undervalued overcharged resident.I would not recommend this complex to anyone. Crime, lack of amenities, lack of security, poorly built. Uncaring staff.

The apartment is nice and the staff is helpful; however, my husband and I can hear every step the person living above us takes, the internet is extremely unreliable, and most importantly, there is absolutely NO parking after ~5p. My husband has to park multiple buildings over when he arrives home from work in the evenings. This is VERY inconvenient and frustrating after working 12+ hour days and carrying a cumbersome sea bag. We're sorry to hear you are having trouble with parking. We try to accommodate our residents the best we can, and it can be a challenge as everyone wants to park as close to the door as possible. Unfortunately there is not always a space available directly in front of the building.
