I'm a current resident. 3 maintenance requests submitted and all 3 were taken care of the next morning by a very nice, courteous and experienced maintenance person. He took the time to explain to me the issue and how he fixed it.

We are still in the process of moving in but should be in completely in a few days. The process to apply was easy and painless. So far, the area seems to be very quiet and pleased that we decided to come here. Had one issue for Maintenace and they were right out asap. Office staff was great.

My walk thru and move in was seemless. I actually was very impressed with how smooth it went. I identified 2 small items to fix and they were done within 24 hours! Apt was spotless. I rented sight unseen and the complex is even nicer than the pictures! Great caring staff made move easy!! Tom Bennett
