This complex is a wonderful place to live. The office staff/maintenance create an environment of safety and cleanliness that is second to none. In the two years that I have lived here there have been very few issues and when one arises there is always a quick solution. If you appreciate a professional approach to community living then this is the place for you and your family.

We have been here a few months and are loving it! The office staff Grace and Morgan are so beyond helpful and nice. And the maintenance team is top notch. The response time has been almost immediate! The grounds are maintained beautifully, the maintenance crew is always out picking up any bit of trash in the morning and their hardwork shows. The neighbors I have met so far are really nice and social as well. I was weary of doing apartment living again, especially with children, but we are incredibly happy here!

I would like to Clairmont at Jolliff Maintenance for all the help you have given me. I am handicap and a Widow, every time I need something done there are right there to help with open ams. I submitted a request to have the ceiling fan fixed due to it making noise every time we turned it on. Literally the next day the maintenance man came and fixed the fan In no time. It was so nice that they were able to get to us quickly to take care of our need. I love the staff in the office they are always nice and making sure that we are good and happy. I love this complex.
