Moving in was a breeze, my move-in agent, Kentrina, was very helpful and friendly. Maintenance responds quick. Great clubhouse and pool area. I even had free pizza delivered to my workplace from my leasing agent! Wonderful place to call home.
Jennifer is by far the best Property Manager hands down. She worked diligently with us and was very patient with us throughout the moving process. Even after changing our move-in date countless times she treated us with utmost respect and showed no sign of annoyance. Clairmont at Joliff Landings is an apartment complex that I would recommend to everyone. I appreciate everything they have done for me being a first time apartment owner. It's hard looking for your first apartment being young and they have set the standards of exceptional quality in luxury apartments.
