The neighborhood is very unsafe one of my kids found a machete in the grass while they were playing and my kid was running and he was about to step on it and one time a few older kids came and went behind a building and started shooting in the woods and my kids got scared and started crying I do not recommend this neighborhood

I call asking to speak with the manager of this business but refuse to speak with me about my security deposit that was supposed to be returned to me. Up till now know one call me back, I emailed the office yet Still know one call me they keep turning me around for my security deposit refund!!!!

It unbelievable how nice they look when you coming to rent here, but after living here for one and half year, upon living this place with nothing broken or dirty they refuse to return my security deposit. Just bad how they making up issues just not return people security deposit really bad for business!!!!

This community is loud, trashy, and unsafe. I would avoid it like the plague. We could not move soon enough. Rules exist, but not enforced, staff are inattentive. Do not move here, anything else is better than being ripped off for a cheaply made and inattentive complex.

I only have one star because there wasn’t an option of not giving a star. Do not bother trying to rent from this apartment complex not any of its sister complexes. I applied for an apartment roughly 3 weeks ago. During the time of my initial application up until this very moment, I received nothing but the run around.
