I had a maintenance call on Saturday for noise in the bathroom vent. Alex, the maintenance worker, arrived quickly and was extremely helpful! He was super friendly and made me have the utmost faith in our maintenance staff. Thanks for employing such great staff here at Jolliff Landing!

This complex is a wonderful place to live. The office staff/maintenance create an environment of safety and cleanliness that is second to none. In the two years that I have lived here there have been very few issues and when one arises there is always a quick solution. If you appreciate a professional approach to community living then this is the place for you and your family.

We have been here a few months and are loving it! The office staff Grace and Morgan are so beyond helpful and nice. And the maintenance team is top notch. The response time has been almost immediate! The grounds are maintained beautifully, the maintenance crew is always out picking up any bit of trash in the morning and their hardwork shows. The neighbors I have met so far are really nice and social as well. I was weary of doing apartment living again, especially with children, but we are incredibly happy here!
