I would like to Clairmont at Jolliff Maintenance for all the help you have given me. I am handicap and a Widow, every time I need something done there are right there to help with open ams. They treat you like Family. I’ve been living here 1 yr. & 9 months. Thank you so much for being there for me. Beth

I am so pleased! Maintenance is SO on top of every request I have had. Alvin, thank you so much! He is so, pleasant, kind, respectful. I submitted a request to have the ceiling fan fixed due to it making noise every time we turned it on. Literally the next day the maintenance man came and fixed the fan In no time. It was so nice that they were able to get to us quickly to take care of our need. I love the staff in the office they are always nice and making sure that we are good and happy. I love this complex.

We have had nothing but constant stomping, running, jumping above us day and night since the day we moved in. We feel like we are living under a gymnasium or a nightclub. The ceiling vibrates and cracks from all the jumping and stomping. Not a moments peace. Everything else is wonderful here but if you can’t get ANY peace within your dwelling unit then what good is the rest of it? The company should know better than to put a noisy family on the 3rd floor... they should be on the first floor. You’re paying top dollar for it when they should reducing your rent for all the noise and aggravation.

Unfortunately sometimes when you are living in an apartment it is difficult to determine what is acceptable noise, and we are sorry to hear you are not completely satisfied with your experience here. Anyone who meets our selection criteria is welcome to rent with us in any apartment they choose. All residents are required to follow the same rules and regulations, however, so if you are having issues with any of your neighbors please reach out to the office so we can assist you.

We'd keep living here if I didn't have to move to Richmond for my job! Hopefully it stays this quiet even when the houses are built.

I moved in at Jolliff when they were still under construction. This has been my home for going on 2 years now and still counting. The pool is a little small but that's really not a big deal. The game room with a old school arcade machine was a big selling point for me because I love Pacman. If I had a complaint it would have nothing to do with the office staff or the apartments. This was my first apartment with my husband and our 2 dogs and we are so happy. The maintenance staff is great and I love the ladys in the office. Thank you for all you do!

Dear Christine, I think I've verbalized this several times....now in writing...my thanks and appreciation for the (always) quick and efficient responses to any maintenance requests I've made....Alvin and Victor just left my unit on a heat call....my Freon was low.....they had already surmised this...in this bitter cold the "refill" was made promptly...more to the point...regardless of the issue, they are always so professional, friendly and fun....Alex was here earlier for the sprinkler inspection, although I did not see Roland on this visit, I must include him as well. Collectively, you've got a great Team...Administrative and Maintenance, which of course, reflects on you as well...High level "Customer Service" does exist here....again, my thanks and best regards.
