Staff is always pleasant and does a great job at keeping the bugs out of my house. They knock down all webs and the spray is safe for my feline fur baby.

Helpful, flexible and knowledgeable
It's a bummer to lose a tech as excellent as Lee Shinabarger. Regarding our most recent service, June 9, we got very little notice (less than 12 hours) of the upcoming service. The scheduled service was changed when I called to complain. We need at LEAST 24 hours advance notice; a week would be better. We need to be here especially since there seems to be a new technician every service since Lee retired. The new tech was very nice but did not leave an invoice so I could mail payment immediately.
