Richard Peterson has been doing great. Have not had any ant problems in months. I have seen a rat in the yard in daytime recently so bought and placed a rodent station inside gate in back yard against foundation. So please let Richard know and if anything, else I should do as spent a lot of money when a couple got into house almost 3 years ago. Thank you, Ray
