Friendly. polite workers. Do a thorough job
Our tech Richard is very responsive to our concerns and suggestions. He does a terrific job. During his last visit, Richard mentioned that we might want to have PG&E check our outside water heater because he smelled gas when he sprayed that area for spiders. Sure enough we did have a small gas leak. We are grateful for Richard's attentiveness.

Your employee is very thorough?
Since Clark has taken over from our old service we are noticing a big increase in the amount of spiders in our house... Understand that we live in a rural area and spiders are part of it, but our old service seemed to do a much better job. The people that come out are super friendly and are doing their best so no complaints there.
Been with this service since 7/1995, as they acquired my Pest Control Service. I am very pleased with their services, too! Same great services and professionalism.
