Service people have always been professional, accommodating, providing top service second to none. Joshua goes above and beyond his normal responsibilities to ensure customer satisfaction. He is excellent and an asset to the company.

I submitted a review back in August 2015, but it was never posted. I had mentioned that my initial tech was great and really did a good job. But our now usual tech has not done as good a job. I find webs everywhere, which i believe he is supposed to bring down. I'm still finding ants in the problem areas outside. I hope someone can correct this, b/c otherwise I will be changing pest companies.

They are very responsive. I originally had a guy named Scott. He was wonderful. Then they switched him with another guy that was kind of rough around the edges. I called and asked if Scott could be my exterminator from now on. He comes out every two months even though it is not his regular neighborhood! A few times I have forgotten to leave the gate open for him and he just leaves me a note and comes back another time. He has never complained. I can't speak highly enough of Scott.

Scott was our "rat guy". He did an excellent job and was always helpful and courteous, and nice to our dog!
