Things have been great, no more ant infestation since service started.
So far my experience with Clark Services and with the personnel providing the service has been very satisfactory. Personnel has been very pleasant and courtesy every time they show up.
After several years our service continues to be punctual and thorough. We have never been refused a special request due to snails, spiders or whatever and have never been charged extra.
the first guy to come out was awesome. he really seemed to get a handle on our ant problem, and set up baits, and left the outside nice and de-webbed. but i dont feel that the tech that has been coming since has set up any baits, or really taken down any of the cob webs, b/c i still see a lot of webs on and around my deck. and now im starting to see a lot of ant activity at the back of my home, which i guess is a good thing b/c they are not in the house, but i would just not like to see them anymore.
Every service person who has come to the house has been very polite and friendly. I have asked for an occasional additional visit and that has happened within a very short window of time. I have been with Clark for many years and will continue for as many as needed.
This would be a 5 star rating, except for the fact that they haven't won my neighbors business and unfortunately one side of my house is only accessible from my neighbors back yard. Ever since I hired Clark all of my pest problems have disappeared except for the one side of my house that they would have to go through two of my neighbors gates to access. I have been with Clark Pest Control for a little over a year now. We have been very happy with the service. They work quickly and efficiently, and are responsive when there is a problem.
