Generally the process is okay but not giving any notice before arriving means that I am unable to lock my dog door to prevent the dog from sniffing chemicals Also don't deal with issues well such as humane traps for rodents etc
We were being overrun with ants almost a year ago, and finally called Clark because our neighbor used their service and was happy with it. They came out, listened to our concern, and went to work. Within two treatments, we have been rid of ants, and assume they will not be back of Clark will be here. We signed up for the every other month service, with auto pay, and find their service personnel efficient and thorough.
I schedule an appointment between services for Thursday, June 18th. I was not able to be home due to work commitments, but my 16 year old was there. No service was needed indoors, so I was a bit upset when she relayed the fact that the technician seemed upset that I didn't meet him at 1:00. On the phone, I gave detailed instructions as to what was needed and where I wanted the insecticide. I did not appreciate this. I have told my concerns about spiders and flying insects in the house it’s been no less than 3 times that I have told who came out about it last one that came out I think he was training some one he was here no more than 5-8 minutes so I will not been using your service any longer

Missed last appt by two weeks. No email response to question of where were you? One day alert of now unknown new appt. Needed scheduling to unlock gates. If it happens once more... hello Orkin!
I still see spider in my yard And too much money I am paying
Costumer service was horrible. Product use was said to not be animal or human friendly for indoor.
