timely and complete
Ants are still thriving in my kitchen and bathroom in spite of treatment. We do not leave food or dishes on the countertop, but the ants remain.

The technician always comes to the front door to let us know he will be working around the house. When he is done he leaves a report of his work. If there are any findings he directly contacts us to let us know what is found and what can be done to remedy the issue. If I mention any issues he resolves them and/or schedules a follow up if necessary.
They are here for a quick service and finish fast
Technicians are all knowledgeable, well spoken, polite and talented (as it turns out my gophers seems to have taken up residence elsewhere - it took a group effort but seems they're actually gone.
