Good, but still no call signaling soon arrival. Scheduling 1 to 5 arrival is too large a gap.
Overall your technicians are polite and courteous, but I have knocked out the spider webs myself and it took over 40 minutes; there have been days when they are done in under 30! Then when I go out I still see spider webs.
Clark man very nice
Even though they can’t get rid of my pest problem someone is always there to listen and send somebody out. And Clark always answers the phone - no sitting on hold for 5 or 10 minutes. The service rep that comes out is so kind and always has time to listen to your problem- he never gets an attitude.
Robert, our technician, has done a wonderful job ridding us of our invasive ant problem. Within 24 hours of his first visit there wasn’t an ant to be found and it’s been that way ever since.
