I appreciate the service. It would be nice to receive a text or email when the agent is expected to be at our home. There have been a couple of times I wanted to bring attention to a situation. I only receive an email that my credit card has been charged and the agent is gone.
I use your service here at my home and at my vacation home as well. I am very pleased with the technician care for my plant and the small birds and small animals that live in my yard. you provide me with knowing that I wont be seeing any insects that harm my plants and get into my home. plus, I don't have any snails anymore and that is the best. so thank you for always being so professional and courteous.
