I'm usually happy. I wasn't home the last time. But when I call or get a call it's time for service. The person is easy to work with to find a time that is good for us. We have two dogs, so I like to have them inside. Also the ants have been so bad and they were willing to work with us on that also. It seems to be doing the job because I know it could be a lot worse when I listen to other people who don't have a service.
the man who services our house calls in advance. However, he calls the same day he is coming, so if we are not home there is no way we can open the back yard for him. We have a big problem with spiders. I always remind him and he says he will spray for them. But one or tow days later, I see spiders and we still have lots of webs still forming around the furniture and up in the eaves.
Clark Pest Control was friendly, helpful and informative. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Junior is very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and timely. He always asks what new critters (spiders, bugs etc.) We are having issues with at the time of service. This is very helpful as we live out in the country and see them ALL.
We use your monthly exterior pest control, and we were getting small ants inside the house. We advised your technician and he suggested that some time when we could be away from the house for about two hours, to call and schedule ant control. We did, and have not seen ants since the treatment. We advised the technician that we would like to increase the number of exterior pest control boxes on our property. We have field mice that are plentiful this time of year.
It would be nice to know when you came by. And a phone call before you arrived so that you could check the attic where we had our problems.
A bit more $$ than my service in the Central Valley. The technician is friendly.
