There service is great. Improvements can be made regarding emails sent to announce the service appointment. The last two times the appointments were scheduled on Sundays. Clark technicians do not work on Sundays as far as I know.

Since my service rep retired(Mike) I've had a series of different reps so they never really get to know my property, They are all very friendly but do things different. One broke a sprinkler head, in his behalf, he immediately came and pointed it out, another left gates open, however dogs did not get out, etc. Spiders, etc. seem to be under control , as well as , cobwebs. Flea treatment a year ago was great!
We appreciate the ttimeliness of service whenever there is an issue with insects at our apartment. We recently sold one of our apartments and you completed the sale inspection very quickly and discounted the fee because we were long term subscribers of TermAlert. Thanks
I quit your company because of the shotty service and your office took out an additional payment from my checking account which I still have not been paid back after many calls to your offic.
I'm an existing customer and scheduled an appointment to discuss options for our Crane Fly (Mosquito Eater) problem. They've become a complete nuisance in our yard; out of control. I was told the only option was to purchase the mosquito plan, which is approximately $50 more per month than what I'm already paying for my regular service, which is a complete rip off.
