Still have ants issue thinking of canceling my service
I’m very disappointed in your pest control service. Within two weeks of service the cobwebs are back. Fences and bushes were not dusted for cobwebs. We have had a serious problem with spiders this year and the product you are using is not doing the job. Along with the spiders I have had some ant problems I took care of myself.
Just don’t understand why I have your service I need to spray for ants and spiders when I thought I had a service to do this you remove the spider webs but don’t address the spiders you put granules on lawn but still have ants all over just don’t understand I think to my self why please let me know if I’m thinking to hard and expecting to Much thanks
I believe the tech did not really spray in the house perimeter as there are lots of ants inside our home. In the report, it was showing but i believe it was not done. Hopefully that Tech will not do my next service schedule. I also want to see the tech sprays around and inside our Home. Thanks
I have asked your employees to call me before they come over. I do have a bug problem in the garage. They can not spray unless I open the garage. This last time no phone call . Your employee came over sprayed and left .
Spiders webs are all over
Bad customer service. And they cannot control ant problem!!!
