Provide more value for the cost. Eliminate insects. Don’t bill for service before the work is performed.
Listen to your customers. When I signed up for service I requested Saturdays. That never happened. The reason I requested that is so you could have access to the back. My backyard never got taken care of and I still paid for service. I called to even verify Saturday appointments.

I hit the wrong star! I loved the service! I had two areas that needed special attention and when I showed them to your rep, he listened. He also found an area that needed some special care and showed me. He said if the areas aren't cleared up within a week to call him and he would revisit the problem. I have been watching these areas for 3 days and see almost no activity. The service is always within the scheduled time frame so I can always depend on it. It's a pleasure doing business with your company!

Take your time and correctly ... not be under a time thing ..
My tenant at 2433 E. SCOTTS AVE complained that there is a rat in the attic and it had not been checked or removed. Tenant is only available on Sundays and Monday's. Her name is Robin.
The service I received at my Vacaville home was excellent so I thought all Clark Pest Controls would strive to achieve the level of service I received from the Vacaville office. Sadly, the Lodi office treats me like an inconvenience, bad customer service. And the technician doesn't always show up on scheduled days. The only thing they do consistently on-time is billing me! I believe Clark Lodi owes me money back from services scheduled but never received.
Brushing off spider webs was not done thoroughly. Employee had long side conversations, causing a longer appointment timeframe - while my dogs were getting restless waiting in the garage for her to finish the job.
The spray works to keep all crawling insects from coming in. Many beetles and other bugs are dead around the areas sprayed. Yet my garden still has the bees and essential bugs I want. My pets are safe I am completely happy with your service.
