Claudio and his team managed our initial mortgage and we went back to them again when we wanted to refinance. Claudio was knowledgeable and patient as he explained the refinancing process and what steps we could take to reduce the amount of PMI on the refinance. He was also able to advise us on when to lock in our rate due to the volatility in the market in order to secure the lowest rate possible. Would not hesitate to use Claudio and his team again and would definitely recommend to others
