Claudio and his team does wonders. They make it look like it's easy. Claudio is a man with knowledge & experience and knows everything you need to know about loans for purchasing a house. He's always quick with responses when I had question and made sure I understood everything he said. He is a man of his word and will do everything to help you. I really enjoyed working with Claudio and his team during the home buying process. They made the mortgage application process so easy and smooth. Claudio is very experienced when it comes to handling the mortgage procedure. Claudio and his team managed our initial mortgage and he and his team managed it so well that we also did our refinance with him besides anyone else. Claudio and his team managed our initial mortgage and we went back to them again when we wanted to refinance. Claudio was knowledgeable and patient as he explained the refinancing process and what steps we could take to reduce the amount of PMI on the refinance. He was also able to advise us on when to lock in our rate due to the volatility in the market in order to secure the lowest rate possible. Would not hesitate to use Claudio and his team again and would definitely recommend to others
