I met Claudio a few years back when we purchased our first home. Now we decided to refinance and i reached out to him as i wanted this done quickly! Claudio and his team (Maria and Dawn) were very helpful, answered emails and calls at all hours of the day including weekends and we got this refinance done very very fast! Couldn't be happier with the process and definitely using him again if I ever purchase a differrnt house!

I cannot express enough positive attributes about Claudio and his team. Claudio helped us purchase a home when no one else could. He is very straightforward and told us from the beginning he could help. Throughout the process he gave us step by step directions on what to do next (including raising our credit score) to meet the lender criteria in the middle of a pandemic.
