I cannot express enough positive attributes about Claudio and his team. Claudio helped us purchase a home when no one else could. He is very straightforward and told us from the beginning he could help. Throughout the process he gave us step by step directions on what to do next (including raising our credit score) to meet the lender criteria in the middle of a pandemic. I’m so pleased to have had Claudio as my broker for not only my first time home purchase, but also my first refinance. He went through and explained everything. He took the time to make sure we understood everything and all of the paperwork that we had to sign for the mortgage loan and closing paperwork. It made the process super painless and easy. There was very little work on my part.
