During the Covid-19 interest rates started to drop and I had told Clay if the rates drop below 3 I would be interested as you can see rates are below 3 and Clay gave me a call which started things a rolling. We dropped my loan down a hole point which I'm very happy with. Things went smooth like all the other loans that Clay has done for me.
