My wife and I worked with Clay at American Pacific Mortgage. Clay was great! He walked us through step by step. He kept in contact with us throughout the procress. He was easy to reach and responded very quickly! This helped since we were first time home buyers and had a lot questions. Everything got processed and pushed through quickly. During the Covid-19 interest rates started to drop and I had told Clay if the rates drop below 3 I would be interested as you can see rates are below 3 and Clay gave me a call which started things a rolling. We dropped my loan down a hole point which I'm very happy with. Things went smooth like all the other loans that Clay has done for me. All during the epidemic we talk and if we need to meet it was at his office. Just want to say thanks again Kelly and Annie McGowan

Very good experience overall. Clay was easy to work with. He is a straight shooter and a no nonsense guy. The process was smooth.
