Clay did an outstanding job getting us funded. I have my own business and I do not fit the perfect funding profile but Clay worked his magic. This allowed us to get under contract for a new home, which has already gone up $50,000 while we are waiting for ours to get built. Clay worked with the builder to get them everything they needed.
