Clay was outstanding in doing things that my personal banks wells, chase, and sdccu could not do.. being retired, he formed a path for my loan and followed through in ample time to fit my needs. The whole procees was first rate, and well worth the fees and cost for this type of loan. Nice guy, super fast response time and good at giving reminders to the things we overlooked. Crunched every number we asked and found us the right loan amount, down payment , etc.
