I've been going to the Silverdale location for 10 years now. They helped me sell the 5th wheel toy hauler, when it was discovered that the roof was soft, to a wholesale buyer for a much better price than the dealership was able to offer. I bought a truck camper from them, which I have been very happy with. When I first started going to CCRV for service/maintenance, it was quicker to get the unit in even during prime RVing season. I just purchased a new 5th wheel from Clear Creek RV, and I wanted to share my feedback. This is the 3rd new camper that I've purchased, and the team at Clear Creek (Bill & John particularly) made it by far the best experience I've had purchasing an RV. They were knowledgeable without being pushy, friendly, and they delivered on everything we agreed on. Been doing business RV,s with them with these folks for 10 years and have purchased multiple RV's from them Great folks and the service department is very customer orientated. My only complaint is the Techs do not test the items they fix or install so 90% of the time I have to bring it back in for rework and what a pain that is. They need a quality control person to check the work of these techs But over all a great company. and the service managers are always eager to please. This to center is great. From the moment we got off our car we were greeted with respect and kindness. The staff here doesn’t pressure you to buy they really let you explore around and determine for yourself the options. I’m glad I walked in a purchased my new trailer from them. My husband and I love Clear Creek Rv in Silverdale, WA. We’ve purchased three RV’s from them over the years due to their competitive prices, excellent customer service and selection. It seems like everyone working there are very knowledgeable about RV tips and tricks. The salesmen actually know their product and love what their doing and t shows. Five Stars!
Clear Creek RV issues have been taken care of. We had to jump through hoops but in the end they took care of our issues satisfactorily and the owner was pleasant to deal with. We are happy and now will recommend them to our friends and family.
