Clear Creek RV ********** **. I wish I would have researched before I stepped in to the building to purchase an RV from them, not knowing they only had two stars but we purchased a Jayco *** feather 2022, The drawer bottom fell out, instead of replacing it they screwed that back in the drawer.the door would not deadbolt from the outside when traveling it would open, and then they fix that and then the deadbolt on the inside wouldnt work I had to slam the door at least 15 times in 45 minutes just to make the deadbolt work, it... read more

If there was a zero star rating for the service department that's what I'd give. I ordered my 2021 2800BH from factory and had leaking issues as well as the black /**** tanks (waste water and sewer) valves sticking causing the waste water to run free. They "fixed" the issue but the very next time I took it out the same issues happened now they wont fix there work and trying to stick me with a $2000 ****. Worst service department Ive ever dealt with. I have more issues now than when I brought my trailer in. It was in the shop for two months. The response when we came back the next day for a refund was theres no one here who can do that, youll just have to dispute it with your bank. They need better qualified and trained technicians that actually know what theyre doing. I could have done a better job myself by watching a ******* tutorial. Better security would benefit them too. Cannot recommend this service ***** Took trailer in for furnace problem( no heat,cold air only) After 3 weeks got a call from service **** that invertor was "**************** but heat worked when unit was dropped off. Now they tell me i hsve to pay additional ****** for invertor and more for installing invertor.Why?Wasnt ",fried when unit was dropped off.

Great sales center but HORRIBLE service department!!We have had nothing but trouble with a brand new ************ Reflection 31BHTS. On our way home the day we purchased it the bolts on the back slide snapped causing the slide to start coming out as we were driving down the road. Clear Creek did fix that issue however, not without us contacting the manufacturer to make sure it was done quickly. As a result of over torquing, not only did the slide come out but the skylights and vents on the roof leaked. It took five months to... read more

They get a two star for having the RV inventory. It is at that point there can be no further positive reviews. I see several issues with this dealership. 1. Turnover rate is higher than anywhere Ive ever seen. I think there are maybe five employees still there after my initial visit back in August.That is a tell tale sign of a company strength. 2. The service department failed miserably in it's checkout of the RV we bought. I assume this is a common occurrence with this service department. After sharing my story with others ... read more

We have contacted the customer and are working to get the issues resolved. The challenges we are having is the customer lives in the RV and we do not have a mobile service but have sent out a tech and offered to resend. Parts at this point also present some issues do to covid-19. We have also been able to provide hotel for 2 night thru the warranty to bring the RV into our shop and do the repairs as needed. We are waiting for the customer to respond.

they do good work, and seem to have Quality people on staff. I'm writing because while my RV was on their lot for Awning replacement, their property was broken into and my RV was Vandalized. ( along with others on their lot) the lowlifes that broke in cut the Catalytic converter off my RV. according to Service Manager, I have to file my own insurance claim with MY INSURANCE. he adamantly stated You signed a disclaimer waiver when you left it here in our custody just like all customers do.. 58 weeks and counting, three service managers, countless techs. Call to check and always the same lie. Parts delayed whatever. Unit went in and knew would be a min 3 month repair but nope 13.5 months later and still nothing. Multiple quality issues as to work accomplished. Some items have noted for last 6 months as being incorrect. Very disappointed in this facility and the way things have gone.
