This is hard for me to write because when we purchased our new 2020 trailer from Clear Creek in Silverdale in late October 2019, we were so incredibly happy with the sales department and fully expected to have the same experience with the Service Department, but alas it’s been just the opposite. When we brought home our trailer I immediately discovered a leak in the forward cabinet from a leaking fitting. I also noted a leak from the fresh water tank. We took our RV to Clear Creek RV for a roof repair and replacement as well as partial sub floor replacement, new laminate flooring and a new toilet. Initially everything was positive. The repair would take three weeks and we would get daily pictures and emails about the repair. Also since we were providing the flooring they would tell us how much to buy. After the first week we hadn't heard anything from them so we brought what we thought would be enough flooring to them. We asked how the work was going but were unable to se... read more

Liked the no pressure salesman. Poor communication after we decided to purchase. Took many calls and follow up to get our $500 deposit back, 2 weeks after they denied us a loan.

Poor service department. Silverdale location: Tons of defects on my 2019 Jayco model. Took 4 months to have unit fixed/delivered with more problems popping up. Been asking for months for repairs they said they would be over today at 10. It's 1pm now, no show!

I’ve had my 2017 297 rls fifth wheel since July 2017. The slide out has failed to operate properly since the end of February 2019. Took it in for warranty repairs in early March and didn’t get it back until April 22nd. Used it once for a short visit to Lake ****** and the same slide out failed again. Sent an email with pictures on June 7th. They couldn’t give me an appointment until July 18th and look at the problem until August 2nd. We have had issues everytime we have used our RV. First mouse infested apparently from the factory. Moisture issues. Heater issues. Plumbing issues. Air conditioning issues. Now since having it serviced in Puyallup for plumbing issues we took it out for the first time since service and the plumbing issues are still a problem. Flooded entire underbelly of trailer AGAIN! Heater will not shut off. Had to pull the fuse. We should have insisted on a new replacement after the mouse infestation. The trailer is obviously a lemon and... read more

I have sent Clear Creek RV a complaint and am also sending one to you. I had an issue with my electric jack on the front of my trailer (2015 23MBH White Hawk Jayco). When I took it into them to find out why, they told me it was my power converter going out and I would have to replace it. So, I replaced it, but not with them. Electric Jack still did not work. Come to find out, it was in the toggle switch on the electric jack. They wanted to charge me $600 to put the power converter in. I can imagine what it would have cost to... read more

Stay away from this dealer!!!!! They will completely be dishonest with you and take absolutely no responsibility for their lies and deception. I will not go into all of the horrible situations, but will touch on a very important one. I worked very hard to earn a excellent credit score and was very clear in multiple conversations, email, and even a note on my credit application to only run my score once not to tarnish it. There was a lot of misleading information from the client. He was from out of State which disqualified the use of CUDL. His address was an RV park (which was not disclosed to us at time of processing loan) We pull 3 bureaus (because scores can be as much as 100 points different between the three agencies so we can get the customer the best possible interest rate and term) so there was only 1 pull per bureau which should not have lowered his score as a whole but if there was a drop in his score it would have been maybe a few ... read more
